The Nest

The Nest is a cult-like organization that actually runs the city. They control the rich, the politicians, the gangs, and the law enforcement. Nothing happens in the city without the Nest knowing. Most people will never encounter the Nest. Most people don't believe it exists. Those that do know about it, fear it. And those who do not fear it, tend to not be heard from again.
